This introductory course is suitable for those who need to create and edit simple PowerPoint presentations on a regular basis.

We have broken the course down into 2 half day sessions as we feel that this gives the delegate an opportunity to practice the initial skills and gain confidence before moving on to the second section.

Course Content: Session 1

Create a new PowerPoint presentation
Save, open and close PowerPoint presentations
Become familiar with the PowerPoint screen
Understand the different views available
Insert and delete slides
Insert text, demote and premote text
Apply backgrounds
Changing bullet styles
Insert clip art
Using spelling and grammar checker

Create and use Master Slide
Create slides using different layouts
Insert basic shapes using drawing tools
Hide slides
Applying design layouts
Slide Transition
Print slide show as slides
Print as handouts
Running presentation
